June 10, 1998 - - The latest Health Care Financing Administration's (HCFA) expanded set of documentation guidelines for Evaluation and Management (E&M) Services for physicians are now available in easy-to-use templates and macros.

Physician-written, MedFlow makes it easy to complete patient reports that adhere to HCFA guidelines in a minimum amount of time, with a minimum amount of effort.

MedFlow is a collection of HCFA and AMA compliant templates and macros for use with the Dragon NaturallySpeaking speech recognition program.  The package includes 12 comprehensive templates, 12 detailed templates, and 16 macros, 12 of which include the voice activated text of normal exam findings consistent with HCFA guidelines. It's designed to work in combination with Dragon NaturallySpeaking Deluxe and Voice Automated Smart Vocabularies, a collection of specialty language modules designed to ease physicians' use of speech recogniton software.
