Voice

remotely, using a touch tone telephone.
Auto forward
This feature automatically
forwards messages that have not been listened to after a specified amount of time to a
pre-determined mailbox.
Call blocking
Call blocking serves as a
"do not disturb" feature when subscribers want calls to go directly into their
mailbox without ringing their extension.
Company/departmental
distribution lists
Create as many general
distribution lists as your organization needs.
Pager notification
Have the system automatically
page you when a message is received in your mailbox.
Send copy of a message
Once you have listened to a
message, you can choose to send the message on to another subscriber in the system.
Password protection
User access to Mailboxes can
only be gained upon entering the correct user-programmed password.
Guest/client mailboxes
Guest mailboxes with limited
access to system features can be set up to allow people or businesses who are associated

Auto attendant features
Busy and no-answer call
handling
Subscribers can set up special
call handling features to ensure, for example, that important messages receive prompt
attention by automatically forwarding them to others when you're not available.
Fax tone transfer
Save $700 or more per year in
dedicated fax line charges by letting your system automatically transfer calls to your fax
machine when an incoming fax tone is detected.
Greetings
System voice greetings used to
greet callers can be configured for regular business hours, including morning, afternoon,
evening, after hours and holidays. The greetings can be recorded on-site or
remotely.
Multilingual capability
Your calls may be processed in
up to nine different languages simultaneously. Callers may first be given the option to
choose from a menu of languages. From that point until the end of the call, the
caller will hear everything in the selected language.
PA system call announce
capability
Calls can be received, placed on
hold, and connected to an internal, or overhead paging system to announce the call over
the PA system. This feature may be very useful in large warehouses, freight loading
areas, or anytime where employees are frequently away from their telephones.
Call queuing
With this feature, the caller
may have the option of holding for a specific extension when it is busy. The system
politely keeps callers apprised of their position in line.

Advanced
features
Macro
programmable/database look up
You can actually group the
progression of key strokes or touch tone inputs into a logical sequence, then create a
simple ASCII text file to form a macro. For example, suppose you are off-site and want to
change your greeting for tomorrow. To do this, typically, you would perform a series of
seven steps. A quick macro that takes less to two minutes to program can set up to
reduce the number of steps to only three.
Class of service
programming
The system supervisor can define
multiple class of service settings for creating system mailboxes.
ACD box
The ACD box provides
departmental automatic call distribution for phone systems that don't have hunting
ability.
Account number box
Callers enter their account
number once, and the system keeps track of it throughout the call. This is
especially useful in database IVR (interactive voice response)and CTI (computer telephony
integration) applications.

Optional add-on features
FaxMail module
FaxMail is an integrated module
that permits mailbox owners to receive, store and manage faxes with all of the options
available for voice messaging. This allows users to decide when and where to view
and print the document, while maintaining the same level of privacy and security that
protects your voice messages.
Fax on demand
Callers can receive information
faxed to them directly 24 hours a day. By simply following voice prompts, callers
can receive faxes for any number of documents you store in the system.
Database interactive voice response
Database IVR links a phone system to a
database to provide customers with 24-hour, immediate access to account information, via
telephone. No knowledge of computer programming and minimal database knowledge is
needed.
Visual call management
Visual call management integrates with local
area networks to give users the ability to manage their voice messages and faxes visually,
simply by selecting icons on their PC screen.
Outbound telemarketing module
When the need arises for a large group of
individuals to be contacted with the same message, TeleSonic's Corporate
Office system can help.
